Prince Telecom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our West division, including sales invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the District Controller in financial planning and analysis
- Manage the generation and submission of sales invoices and monitor accounts receivable collection
- Track region-wide spending through the Purchase Order process
- Prepare month-end sales and expense accruals
- Review weekly cost analysis reports and payroll for accuracy
- Reconcile A/R payments from vendors for proper cash application
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for distribution and review with management
- Assist in the preparation of monthly detailed financial forecasts
- Travel to field offices to review operations and operational reports with local management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of Profit & Loss, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Advance working experience in Microsoft and Google
- Ability to compose effective and efficient reports and correspondence
- Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
