- Must hold a P&C License from the State of TN Department of Insurance to discuss and/or sell insurance in states where the agency operates.
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines.
- Proficiency in using a personal computer, calculator, agency automation systems, and various software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Vertafore products such as AMS360, ImageRight, PL Rater, etc., is preferred.
As an Account Manager, you will assist in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing ones. You will provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities. Your responsibilities will include handling proposals, renewals, cancellations, billing, endorsements, and managing accounts from start to finish.
Reporting:You will report to the Operations Manager, Dee Rosado. With 20 years of experience in operational and management fields, Dee oversees HR, marketing, technology, event planning, licensing, office culture, and more. She values open communication, is available in-office four days a week, conducts monthly one-on-one meetings, and is involved in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines project management.
