TRISTAR is seeking a Configuration Specialist II (License Manager) for our upcoming government customer in Bloomington, IN
Position Description:
- The Configuration Specialist II (License Manager) will maintain license management of entire software inventory for supporting programs
- This includes tracking license renewal dates, license quantities, licensed software, and user base
- Additionally, provide guidance to purchasing team
- Work with customer to provide information based on license agreements and additional metrics related to software licensing for the program
Position Responsibilities:
- Track software licensing agreements, quantities, user counts, and renewal dates
- Work with customer to report metrics and information pertaining to software licenses
- Engage with purchase teams to ensure details related to software license purchases are communicated and followed
- Provide presentation material regarding state of software licenses
Position Requirements:
- At least 3 yrs experience working with Excel in a professional environment
- Proficient in using computers and various tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Detailed oriented
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- MUST be a US Citizen
- Must have an active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
Education and Certifications:
- Associates Degree
