Role Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Head of Product/Operations to join our extremely small team. This person will play a crucial role in realizing our vision by overseeing our product suite, managing the operations team, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and results. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and a deep passion for the trades industry. Experience in growing an agency or a similar role in business development is a must. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Management:
  • Lead and manage the entire product suite, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Innovate and implement new product features and enhancements based on client needs and market trends.
  • Operations Management:
    • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
    • Manage and lead a diverse operations team, including ad specialists, website designers, content writers, and video producers.
    • Optimize the onboarding and retention processes to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Success and Retention:
    • Drive initiatives to decrease client churn and increase the lifetime value of our customers.
    • Ensure the delivery of top-tier ads and copy that consistently exceed client expectations.
    • Continuously work on reducing the cost per lead for our clients.
  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Foster a leadership style focused on speed, ensuring quick and effective decision-making.
    • Operate independently with minimal reliance on the CEO for direction, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Performance and Accountability:
    • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product and operational initiatives.
    • Implement a performance-based compensation model to incentivize high performance and results.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Proven entrepreneurial background with experience in building and scaling businesses, particularly in growing an agency or similar role.
  • Extensive experience in product management and operations, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
  • High Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on speed and efficiency.
  • Ability to develop and refine SOPs and manage a diverse team.
