Responsibilities Customer Care Manager:
- Schedule field staff with needs of clients considering skill set, personality and schedule availability
- Coordinate with field staff and families to ensure schedules and other care needs are effectively communicated
- Check in on field staff and clients to ensure needs are me
- Maintain client and field staff schedules for accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in office staff on-call rotation
- Introduce home health aide to family at start of care
- Other office activities and responsibilities as required
- Skilled and non-skilled orientations
Requirements for the Customer Care Manager - Scheduler role:
- High School Diploma required
- High-energy, service-focused, results-oriented (and fun, happy) personality
- Strong sense of urgency is A MUST
- Attention to detail and good time management skills A MUST
- Believes in doing what it takes to get the job done
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume environment, i.e. Customer Care Manager, Scheduler and/or managing customer service within a healthcare office setting; knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
- Current LPN or CNA experience is a HUGE plus
- Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills
