Summary / Objective
This position functions as a supportive role to the company Accounting Manager and is responsible for the delivery of accounting department-based assignments.
Essential Functions
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Process accounts payables and receivables, as needed.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
- Perform some necessary account, bank, and other reconciliations.
- General accounts payable functions.
- Collect and File receipts/Invoices.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Working on Business or Accounting Major.
- No experience needed.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adhere to HIPPA regulations.
- Ability to maintain information with the strictest confidentiality.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve.
****Part-Time Position 20-30 Hours weekly
