Elle Seller is looking we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Clerk. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, data entry, and providing support to the office staff. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • erforming various administrative tasks such as filing documents, photocopying, and scanning. -
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records. -
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or individual. -
  • Managing and organizing office supplies and inventory. -
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. -
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. -
  • Providing general support to the office staff as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. -
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. -
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. -
  • Strong problem-solving skills. -
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

$900 - $1300 per week
