This position offers the opportunity to lead our maintenance operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function at their best.

What does the day-to-day look like?As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you'll manage and oversee the daily maintenance operations of our facility, ensuring all equipment and systems, including HVAC, operate optimally. You will develop and enforce maintenance schedules, handle compliance with safety standards, and lead a team dedicated to maintaining a high-performance environment. Your strategic management will be crucial in minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.

So, who are we looking for? You'd be an great fit if you:
  • Are 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (highly preferred), or 8+ years’ experience, with a strong preference for those with experience in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals, food production, or cannabis.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, showcasing your ability to oversee complex HVAC systems and industrial maintenance tasks.
  • Can communicate effectively and concisely with people of all backgrounds and levels, including vendors and 3rd party contractors.
  • Are a proven leader, capable of managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Enjoy partnering with other departments to accomplish goals and meet production metrics in a high production environment.
