GoldenWolf is seeking a Real Property Data Analyst that will provide data input and reporting support services to the Facilities Operations Branch Real Property Inventory Manager and possess ability to grow to be proficient in DHA real property data

analysis and management.


Primary duty station: San Antonio, TX with support assignments throughout DHA/FE.


Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide data input into multiple real property data systems.

• Assist with the development of DHA real property data standards, methodologies, and checklists.

• Participate in data governance standards meetings.

• Ensure real property data standards and methodologies are applied.

• Ensure data input meets audit standards and DHA guidelines.

• Assist with management and completion of real property trouble tickets.

• Collaborate with other DHA FE branches, MTF Facility Managers, and others to obtain information needed complete data input tasks.

• Track and report progress on data input initiatives to the Real Property Inventory Manager.

• Assist with establishing data integrity methodologies.

• Assist with developing, managing, prioritization and reporting data integrity clean up actions.

• Develop ad hoc reports on all aspects of real property and related data.

• Assist with any real property related briefings.

• Support Real Property Management staff as needed.

• Collect and analyze feedback from trainers and trainees.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training support and participate in professional development opportunities.

• Exercises judgment and initiative in routine matters.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma required.

• Minimum of 2-year relevant experience in data input and data management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent public speaking ability.

• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


Preferred Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proficient with data reporting and analysis systems.

• Excellent critical thinking skills.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Excellent customer services skills to interact with participants and address inquiries.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.


Salary: Compensation based on skill and experience.
