We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Stock Associate to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Stock Associate at Eximius Associates, you will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that stock levels are maintained efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of handling various stock-related tasks while contributing to the smooth operation of our retail and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Restock shelves and displays, ensuring that products are neatly organised and easily accessible.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of stock displays for events and retail spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to manage stock levels and address any discrepancies.
- Handle stock transfers between locations and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, identifying trends and making recommendations for reorder.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organised stockroom, ensuring all stock is stored safely and efficiently.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in stock management, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in stock management or related fields are a plus.
