Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach

Drew University Athletics invites applicants for the position of Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach. This is a full time 12-month position and will report directly to the Director of Athletics.

Key Responsibilities:

The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the golf program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Recruitment of qualified student athletes

Program management and administration

Practice planning, game preparation, and strategy implementation

Fundraising

Golf Alumni Relations

Lead a team of student athletes to academic success, good citizenship, and develop a positive team culture

Have a strong understanding of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.

Supervisioin of the men's developmental team

Coordinator of the Blue and Green Golf Outing

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required andcollege coaching experience highly perferred.

Drew University, a Phi Beta Kappa liberal arts university, includes the College of Liberal Arts, the Drew Theological School, and the Caspersen School of Graduate Studies. Drew is located on a beautiful, wooded campus in Madison, New Jersey, a thriving small town close to New York City.
