- Assessing client insurance needs and recommending appropriate policies
- Generating leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Providing attentive service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and uphold service standards
- Staying informed about industry developments and product enhancements to better serve clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service facing background
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proactive and adaptable team player with initiative
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office
- Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses (training provided)
