The Development Project Coordinator's role is to directly support the Development and Design Services for new and existing projects. This role plays a pivotal part in facilitating project progress and maintaining efficient communication channels across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director, Project Managers, and LDPMs with the coordination of multiple program-specific milestones.
  • Participate in weekly delivery meetings with the Client and record accurate meeting minutes.
  • Retrieve approvals from LDPMs for Vendor invoices and ensure compliance with purchase order parameters.
  • Assist Vendors by communicating with the accounting team regarding past-due invoices.
  • Accurately enter invoices in Procore and track projects that are put on hold or terminated.
  • Track and monitor the progress of project OPC budgets.
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports for the Client.
  • Review calendars and schedule meetings at the request of Directors, Senior Project Managers, and APMs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in (Real Estate, Project Management, Business, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
  • Located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
  • 5 or more years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Vision and Procore is desired but not required.
  • Time management and team building skills
