Service Supervisor: Building Connections In Home Care


Senior Solutions Home Care is looking for a hands-on Service Supervisor to strengthen our relationships with caregivers and clients while ensuring top-quality care in the field. Senior Solutions Home Care is an established, independently owned, non-medical home care agency focused on providing compassionate care (ADL's) to elderly and disabled residents within our communities.


The coverage area for this role includes Williamson, Davidson, Lawrence, Wayne, Perry, Lewis, Giles, Lincoln, Marshall, and Maury county.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Travel frequently within your assigned geographical area to conduct on-site client visits and assignments
  • Facilitate field staff hiring days at the local regional office or a designated alternate hiring location
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Perform initial and ongoing client assessments, including admissions
  • Provide direct support to caregivers through training and mentorship
  • Assist with scheduling, glove deliveries, and PERS installations as needed

  • Prior experience in Home Care or related fields (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and technology

Requirements:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Strong computer and technical skills required
  • Additional education from an accredited vocational school or college preferred
  • Prior experience with home care preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and state required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per company standards
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be willing to travel to various site locations
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds
