ROLE
Kaimetrix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager II to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex programs and projects within the multidiscipline Intelligence spectrum. The Project Manager II will provide project management and technical support to assist the Government in planning, executing, and maintaining emerging capability programs and projects, ensuring compliance with DoD, Army, INSCOM, and all applicable regulations.

We will support INSCOM's mission by delivering products and services that enhance readiness and sustain Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities. Key support activities include Program/Project Management, Network Engineering, Data Visualization, Cloud Engineering, System/Program Administration, Operations Research/Systems Analysis, Data Platform Analysis, System Evaluation, Test/Data Engineering, Full Stack/System/DevOps Engineering, System Engineering, and Distributed Processing, and Exploitation and Dissemination - Converged Infrastructure (DPED-CI).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Management and Technical Support: Assist the Government in planning, executing, and maintaining capability programs and projects across the multidiscipline Intelligence spectrum.
  • Documentation and Procedures: Produce technical documents outlining processes and procedures that support technology engagement and assessment, as well as evaluations or pilots of software and hardware-intensive systems.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Implement best practice planning, risk mitigation, and strategic support throughout the full Project Management Lifecycle.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate DoD/IC synchronization technical exchange meetings, briefings, and demonstrations. Provide meeting minutes, briefing slides, and technical documents.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Identify key stakeholders, assign work roles and responsibilities, make resourcing recommendations (manpower, funding, and equipment), and set realistic milestones to accomplish tasks and objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10 years of military or civilian intelligence experience at the national, operational, or tactical level in one of the intelligence disciplines: Signals Intelligence, Geospatial Intelligence, Human Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Open-Source Intelligence, All Source Analysis, or Collection Management.
  • Experience with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO).
  • 5 years of experience planning and executing In Progress Reviews, Operational Planning Team Meetings, and other synchronization/coordination meetings for complex projects requiring cross-staff and/or multi-agency interaction.
  • 2 years of project management experience involving defining project objectives and deliverables, identifying key stakeholders, assigning work roles and responsibilities, making resourcing recommendations (manpower, funding, and equipment), and setting realistic milestones to accomplish tasks and objectives.
  • DAWIA Level II (Practitioner) Program Management Evaluation, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or equivalent. (Preferred)

EDUCATION
  • Requires an MA or MS with at least 10 years of experience in the management of programs and projects, or a BA or BS with at least 15 years of experience in the management of programs and projects.

  • U.S. citizenship is required since this role supports the U.S. Federal government
  • Ability to pass a background investigation
  • Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI Eligible
TRAVEL
  • No travel required

  • 8 hours per day
