As a Front Desk Associate at ISI® Elite Training you will help current members get the most out of their ISI® Elite Training membership and introduce prospective members to the dynamic ISI® Elite Training workout and community

Must live an active lifestyle.

Be passionate about fitness, love talking with people, and want to grow in the fitness industry

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • New membership offerings
  • Lead generation activities
  • Social media posts on FB and Instagram
  • Supporting sales activities at community events
  • Making outbound phone calls to leads prospects, booking appointments
  • Fulfilling daily KPI targets
  • Performing the sales process to grow the member base
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the areas members access front/rear of the house (lobby/sales areas ` all non-gym space) and keeping the lobby audio/visual aids functioning to compliment member experience
  • Support sales programs and incentives for supplements, merchandise, as well as membership
  • Providing a positive proactive member experience first and foremost
  • Aid in session check-in; use facility technology to aid in sales process, POS, member account management
  • Prep & service cold towels for members
  • Be a dependable member of the team, arriving on time and leaving after responsibilities and KPIs are attained
  • Bringing forth positive creative ideas to further the business
  • Have a flexible availability to compliment the team schedule when possible
  • Be open to trying new things, growing, being coachable, and eager to learn/listen
  • Follow the facility/franchise plans
  • Work with coaches, and facility leadership/ownership to achieve regular goals
  • Be a proud ambassador of the brand; share your association with ISI to your friends and family
  • Must attend at least 2 ABT sessions p/week

Adherence and willingness to be a team player will be large portion of the expectations.  Everyone doing their part and moving in the same direction is critical for all of our success.
