Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide efficient solutions.
Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional coverages.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide knowledgeable guidance.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Arizona Property & Casualty License preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Spanish.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
