Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Assess client insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Inbound Communication: Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Policy Development: Create customized insurance plans to meet individual client requirements.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage with additional products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ongoing Education: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

Qualifications
  • Licensing: Must possess an active Arizona Property & Casualty License or be able to obtain one.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Client Orientation: A commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering high-quality service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working effectively within a team and fostering positive relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools is advantageous.
