Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Assess client insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Inbound Communication: Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Policy Development: Create customized insurance plans to meet individual client requirements.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage with additional products.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ongoing Education: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Must possess an active Arizona Property & Casualty License or be able to obtain one.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
- Client Orientation: A commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering high-quality service.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
