Job Summary: The Community Supports Quality Assurance Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and quality of the Community Supports (CS) program at Titanium Healthcare. This program provides housing and social services support to Medi-Cal members, addressing both immediate and underlying health-related social problems. The Quality Assurance Associate will monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensure compliance with program standards, and support continuous improvement efforts.


Essential Functions:

Quality Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Conduct regular reviews of member records to ensure adherence to program standards and protocols.
  • Perform audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation and follow-up.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of CS services and make recommendations.


Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and health plan regulations related to the CS program.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program requirements and best practices.
  • Attend Provider meetings to maintain knowledge on program updates and standards
  • Assist in preparing for and responding to internal and external audits.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Partner with CS managers and data team to collect, analyze, and report on program performance data.
  • Collaborate in identifying trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.


Training and Staff Support

  • Provide training and support to CS staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 + years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field within human services or healthcare.
  • Familiar with various EHR platforms; eClinicalWorks experience a plus.
  • Data Analysis experience/knowledge in Microsoft 365.
