Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities:
 
  • Control the flow of work in the restaurant by seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and following and enforcing check issue procedures.
  • Handle reservation book, take incoming reservation requests verbally, note reservations and special requests by guests.
  • Welcome guests to the restaurant.
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
  • Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
  • Provide menus and announce Servers’ name.
  • Greet customers upon their departure.
  • Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Communicates professionally and efficiently with supervisors, members and guests.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Stand or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Is able and willing to work all weekends and Holidays and agrees to a flexible schedule.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications:
 
  • 1+ years of restaurant or customer service experience, preferred.
  • Work schedule: Available to work weekends and on public holidays, required
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Team player.
  • Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods.
Salary: $18.00 per hour
