Assistant Car Sales Manager

Thelen Kia is in quest of a responsive, outgoing, and motivated individual to assist our current New Kia and used car sales manager. This individual will assist managers with their duties, as well as making sales throughout the store. Position is based on commission and salary. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • 1 year of managerial experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience is mandatory.
  • Answering phone calls for the sales team and take messages for them, when necessary.
  • In partnership with the Store Manager, manage and delegate workload.
  • Ensure plans and strategies across the store.
  • Focus on driving sales and assisting staff with the work load.
    • Collect customer information for sales and finance.
  • Communicate with management and follow-up to make sure procedures are accurate.
  • Provide good customer service with follow-up on any /all requests on behalf of store management.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

This full-time position includes the following comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with short-term and long-term disability. A 401k is available with percentage matched and paid vacation and holidays.
