About the team and what we'll build together

You can expect to impact the business through supporting internal projects and initiatives within the Compliance and Security team.

How you will make an impact

Your Day to Day:

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Support Kobie Marketing's compliance and security department.
  • Research and gain a comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, and practices to assist the team in reviewing and summarizing laws and regulations for regulatory change management.
  • Support the team in monitoring internal audit reviews.
  • Support the team with participating and assisting with training and other compliance related activities / checks.
  • Proactively collaborate with other team members.
  • Collaborate with the team by participating in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

What you need to be successful

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in compliance, security, regulatory management, or related field.
  • Available for a June 2024 start date for an 8 – 12-week program.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in St Petersburg, FL (20-30 hours per week).
