The Measurement Technician (Templater) is responsible for taking accurate measurements of customer homes or businesses for the purpose of creating templates for custom countertops. This position requires experience with laser measurement equipment, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take accurate measurements of customer homes or businesses using laser measurement equipment.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure that measurements are accurate.
- Be responsible, respectful and presentable to our customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all measurements and templates.
- Convert the measurements to be sent to the CAD department.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with laser measurement equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Drivers License (required)
