We are seeking an energetic and self driven team player to join our team at Window Hero Lake Norman. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office as well as helping ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. We are excited to continue to build a team that cares about people and is ready to elevate the home service industry to another level of excellence

Responsibilities:
  • Phone Call and Email Campaigns to Potential Customers
  • Communicating with Past Customers to Ensure Great Customer Experience
  • Follow Up with Customers about Open Proposals
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Handle confidential information with Discretion
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and proactive demeanor
