Responsibilities

Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized insurance solutions.

Policies Administration: Oversee the administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing client requests and policy updates.

Risk Assessment: Analyze client insurance needs, assess risks, and recommend appropriate coverage options to protect clients' assets and financial well-being.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients in navigating the claims process, advocating on their behalf, and facilitating timely claim resolutions.

Client Retention: Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive account reviews, and exceptional customer service.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.

License: Possession of relevant insurance licenses is a plus but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and self-manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Techinical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and insurance agency software

Client-Focused: A commitment to providing excellent service and building strong relationships with clients.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Reliabilty: Good attendance and punctuality.
