Summary

Supports the daily functions of the IT Department's technical support activities by monitoring assets and providing user support on basic software and hardware issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

40% - User and Asset Management

  • Maintain the inventory tracking records for all hardware and software assigned to staff.
  • Track IT inventory back stock and request replacement of inventory when stock has fallen below the pre-set threshold.
  • Quality Control user access setup/termination activities ensuring that access has been completed accurately.

40% - User Support

  • Complete core administrator training and work with support staff to respond to support requests for the core system.
  • Perform weekly rate changes, parameter updates for deposit/loan products and manage core reports.
  • Perform user password resets as needed
  • Provide basic hardware support to assist in resolving issues with printing, scanning and signature pads.

20% - Customer Service and Other Duties as Assigned

  • Provide excellent customer service to bank staff
  • Monitor and update tickets in a timely and thorough manner
  • Responsible for coordinating/perform staff training on new programs or updates
