Kolucan Mexican Bar And Grill in Sarasota, FL is looking for one bartender/ server to join our 45 person strong team. We are located on 6644 Gateway Ave, Sarasota. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

-Greet and welcome guest in a friendly, professional manner

-Answer phone calls and take reservations and take out orders

-Take food and beverage orders efficiantly

-Collaberate with servers , bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace that you are in

-Handle cash transactions and operatethe POS system (Toast)

-Ability to collaberate with bar manager and GM to create new and exciting cocktails and events

-Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience

Qualifications

-previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred

-strong custoemr service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality

-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment

-knowledge of food handlingsafety regulations is a must

-must be food handler and TIPS Certified

-Ability to work as a team and collaberate effectively

-must have the ability to be able to lift 50lbs

-must be able to change a keg
