Job Overview:

The Director of Marketing will partner with our consultants and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, enhance student recruitment efforts, and foster engagement across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in marketing within the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the college's goals and objectives, with a focus on increasing enrollment, revenue, and brand recognition.

Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the college's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels, materials, and platforms.

Content Strategy: Work with our consultants to develop and implement a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, articles, videos, webinars, and other educational content to position the college as a thought leader in higher education.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Collaboration: Collaborate with admissions to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals.

Compliance: Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to relevant regulations, including but not limited to accreditation and compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of higher education industry trends and regulatory requirements is a plus.
