Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Appointment Setter and Marketing Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is crucial in ensuring that our leads from various sources are efficiently scheduled for appointments and that our marketing events run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to assist in planning and executing events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for leads coming from different sources, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Maintain and update the appointment calendar, ensuring no conflicts or double-bookings.
  • Communicate with leads via phone, email, and other channels to confirm appointments.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events such as seminars, dinner seminars, open houses, and other celebrations.
  • Support event logistics, including setting up venues, preparing materials, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or event coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Availability to work onsite in St. Louis, Missouri.
