JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Tonya Edison Agency is currently hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative who will play a vital role in delivering outstanding client experiences to support the growth of our insurance agency through sales and discovery conversations. We are seeking individuals who possess meticulous attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine desire to assist others. In this position, you will have the opportunity to advance your career by resolving customer inquiries, collaborating with team members, and anticipating the needs of our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, following up with customers when necessary.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Employ excellent communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while fostering business development.
