Insurance Agency Account Representative
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Agency Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage both personal and small commercial insurance accounts, providing top-tier service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, and must either hold a current insurance license or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for personal and small commercial clients, handling their insurance needs efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients both face-to-face and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products that meet client needs.
- Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Policy Management: Utilize insurance management software to process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, handling both personal and small commercial lines.
- Licensing: Current insurance license required, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with insurance management software.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to cross-sell products and retain clients effectively. This is an in office position and will not require out of office travel.
