Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOpenwork is currently seeking a highly motivated Receptionist in Georgetown, Texas. In this dynamic and fulfilling position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service
As a receptionist your key responsibilities will include:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, manage visitor badges, and coordinate coverage for reception area.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, take messages, transfer calls promptly and accurately.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the company core values of ethics, integrity, and trust by adhering to them in actions and decisions.
  • Provide administrative support, including word processing, Excel tasks, meeting room reservations, and invoice management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, report incidents, and participate in safety programs.
  • Maintain the tidy appearance of the reception area, including watering office plants and decorating for holidays.
  • Report equipment malfunctions promptly to the IT department for resolution.
Qualifications for this role include:
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Fundamental understanding of office equipment operation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possesses legible handwriting.
  • May occasionally be required to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
