The RCM Department:
The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department helps doctors get paid for their services. From clearinghouse enrollments to patient accounts, to insurance claims, our RCM team members help practices grow and succeed financially.
The Career Opportunity:
The Onboarding Representative role assists and guides new clients through the setup process for our white glove billing service, CTProBill. This role creates revenue opportunities for the company by providing the clients with integrated options that allow a more seamless billing process and positively impact their revenue stream. The overall objective of this role is to assist the client with tasks required for onboarding, notify them of the next steps, and address any questions or concerns that may arise during the process.
The position is remote.
Areas of Accountability:
The Onboarding Representative has responsibility for the following outcomes:
The Onboarding Representative will provide a great onboarding experience for new clients with timely feedback, thorough clearinghouse enrollment insights, and great communication skills.
Our billing team’s ability to service client is dependent on proper system setup, enrollments, and training on processes. The Onboarding Representative will assist with this set-up and guide the clinic through all required steps.
While quality is key for onboarding, we strive for new clients to be put into production within thirty days of sale, based on the complexity.
Competencies for Success
Minimum of two (2) years of clearinghouse enrollment or medical billing experience, preferably in Change Healthcare, Waystar, or Trizetto
Knows and utilizes Salesforce functionality; maintains clean and accurate data
Has carried a client assignment load of 10+ clinics
Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $21-$23 for this position.
