Job Summary: As a Customer Care Representative, you'll handle all incoming client calls, making a great first impression is key to success. Your primary responsibility is to schedule clients for service needs, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Schedule customers with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and staff
- Make outbound calls and schedule appointments as required
- Analyze calls quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrate great listening skills and work well in a team
- Multitask effectively while paying attention to detail
- Maintain a professional image and appearance
- Must type 50+ words per minute
