Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help drive our retail expansion into various market segments, including mass retail, club stores, grocery chains, and hardware outlets. Your role will involve leveraging existing relationships with national and regional retailers to introduce and sell our product lines, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring ongoing collaboration post-sale. This position offers growth potential and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use established contacts and strong relationship-building skills to present our products to retailers, securing partnerships and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Drive the expansion of our retail presence by introducing our products to new retail accounts in mass market, club, grocery, and hardware sectors.
  • Manage existing retail accounts and actively seek opportunities for growth within each portfolio.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, presentations, and product pitches to ensure the successful adoption of our products into retailers' inventories.
  • Maintain regular communication with retail partners, identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Travel: 30%

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in mass retail, club stores, grocery in housewares/hardware verticals or power tools markets.
  • Proven success in developing and growing retail portfolios, including opening new accounts.
  • Industry experience in areas such as durable goods, home products, hardware, air care, or filtration is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, ACT, and internet research.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits when necessary, with hybrid work flexibility from our Atlanta office.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
