Regional law firm looking for a full-time Clerical/Accounting Clerk in our Marlton, New Jersey location, with emphasis on month-end closings and trust accounting. The job requires the following skills:

  • Daily posting of client payments
  • Data entry into case management software
  • Bank deposits using on-site scanner
  • Record daily settlement report into Excel journal
  • Perform month-end closing process and applicable journal entries
  • Maintain correct billing information in member profiles
  • Post AP invoices and track AR from proprietary system
  • Monthly and quarterly financial reporting and supporting docs
  • Perform other duties as directed by Controller and Management Team

Opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business with over ninety employees across four offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
