Summary/Objective


The Accounting Clerk at Haimer USA supports the Accounting team by performing a variety of tasks including bookkeeping, data entry and assisting with financial reporting. This position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and punctuality.


What you would do:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by entering data into accounting software
• Reconcile Bank Statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved
• Help with processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Input daily transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with travel expense reporting and credit card payments
• Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts and payments
• Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager

• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM, ERP and Accounting systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Honest, dependable, reliable

• Attentive to details and well-organized
• Strong desire for customer satisfaction
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
