Job Summary:

As a service advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer experiences while building relationships and driving growth.

Qualifications:

- Computer proficiency (experience with a dealer management (CDK / Reynolds & Reynolds) system a Plus)
- A commitment to creating memorable customer experiences
- Experience in retail automotive (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM) would be a plus
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Educating customers on maximizing their automobile investment by sharing data from our Certified Mopar Technicians
- Driving growth and team building
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Using a dealer management system to efficiently manage processes
