Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Guidewire Inc is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency supporting people with disabilities in community settings. Guidewire, Inc is seeking an organized and detail oriented Human Resources Assistant to provide clerical support for our Human Resources department. If you enjoy working in a team environment, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task, we would love for you to join our team.
Responsibilities include interacting with employees, visitors and our supported individuals, answering telephones, data entry, maintaining training databases, assisting with recruitment, hiring and onboarding, as well as assisting with requests from managers and directors. The Human Resources Assistant will report directly to the Human Resources Director.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, working out of our Springfield office. Full time benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, short term & long-term disability insurance, 401 (K) retirement plan, competitive sick, personal, vacation time, and 10 paid holidays.
