ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Receptionist for Kelly Lefcheck State Farm, you will be the first impression of our Agency. The ideal candidate for this role will be an organized and detail-oriented professional, with a proven track record of providing stellar support to staff and customers alike. They will be energetic and willing to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls appropriately
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing calendar scheduling
  • Prepping mail
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding billing, claims and insurance coverage in a professional, polite and timely manner
  • Ensuring the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening - to interact clearly with customers, vendors and team members via text, email, over the phone and in person.
  • Highly organized.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service required.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with Windows computer applications.
  • Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
  • Able to multitask and stay organized.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Experience with Salesforce welcomed.
