Position Purpose:

AssetWatch is defining the future of proactive maintenance. We are inspired by the global manufacturers we serve and are passionate about treating their assets as our own, continuously monitoring performance with a platform designed to optimize equipment uptime. As the Enterprise Sales Director in the US, you will be responsible for driving the Enterprise sales function at AssetWatch by developing new enterprise accounts. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

What You'll Do:

• The Director, Enterprise Sales will assume responsibility for growing our Enterprise sales team while leading the current Solution Architects (sellers) to exceed the assigned sales goals and revenue targets.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Leader with direct reports selling enterprise application software, with a preference into Manufacturing and or Industrial verticals.
• Provide strategic executive leadership for sales reporting and forecasting, sales mentorship, commission planning and territory assignments.
• Responsible for developing an Enterprise playbook(s) which includes MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology and implementing detailed account planning and strategy processes.
• Ability to build and lead a sales organization, including acting at the executive sponsor in sales calls, negotiating contract terms and developing relationship(s) with key personnel at targeted accounts.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Condition Monitoring, Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Passionately lead, drive, and deliver the AssetWatch vision and mission.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and client opportunities; Attend trade shows, industry events, internal meetings, and conferences.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise technology specifically within manufacturing or industrial companies.
• 5+ years of experience successfully leading enterprise sales teams selling technology specifically within manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Highly data driven who leverages the various sales solutions to optimize performance and gather insights to create a scalable and efficient team structure.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue grow.
• Extensive existing enterprise manufacturing industry rolodex and strong relationships with corporate-level decision-makers.
• Experience developing enterprise GTM strategies, frameworks, and playbooks, as well as sales materials, messaging, personas, and sales motions.
• Strong hunting and multi-threading relationship management skills.
• Experience with pilot sites and proof of concept phases for new products or services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated Corporate account sales leadership experience and track record of success.
• Experience devising sales strategy and contributing to enablement programs.
