The Red Gate Group is seeking a Mid-Level Financial Systems Manager to support NGA's FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ). This role is pivotal in enhancing the processing, analysis, organization, storage, management, and use of financial data across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will support the Financial Management Directorate, assisting with financial management operations and system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial management operations and program resource allocation.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial system documentation and training materials.
- Develop business cases for financial system enhancements and recommend solutions.
- Participate in joint meetings related to the operations and maintenance of NGA’s Core Financial Systems.
- Develop IV&V testing processes to validate financial results.
- Coordinate and participate in system engineering and technical exchange meetings.
- Define and develop technical requirements and specifications for system development and testing.
- Collaborate with security organizations to facilitate security certification and accreditation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance, CI polygraph preferred
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, Economics.
- 8 years of total experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developing financial systems options, and implementing system solution to include demonstrated experience with federal financial management including all aspects of programming, planning, budgeting, execution and/or accounting.
In addition to that, specialized demonstrated experience in the following criteria (total 6 years)
- 2 years of demonstrated experience conducting analyses in Momentum Financials that may involve complex technical parameters, acquisition and technical requirements, procurement and business principles, and similar cost-influencing factors
- 2 years of demonstrated experience with Momentum software lifecycle management activities that may include requirements gathering via process assessment, development and maintenance of configuration management, system testing supporting Momentum-based financial system upgrade and enhancements
- 1 years demonstrated experience resolving FISCAM audit Notification of Findings & Recommendations (NFR)
- 1 years demonstrated experience performing SAR reviews on SSAE 18
