Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to grow DoctorLogic's brand and online presence. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing efforts—including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media—to effectively promote doctorlogic.com. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads, drive user acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth by creating and optimizing impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, paid advertising, webinars, email, and social media.
- Research, create, and write content tailored to various distributions and channels, including website and blog posts for SEO, landing pages for PPC, email and social media copy, and more.
- Oversee website optimization efforts to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to segment audiences and personalize outreach.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, design, and targeting continually.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to measure and analyze campaign results, optimizing where needed.
- Research and evaluate channel expansion opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in demand generation, growth marketing, and digital marketing.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in running revenue and pipeline campaigns, with expertise in paid customer acquisition (SEM and Paid Social) and SEO/organic optimizations.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Deep hands-on experience with content marketing, including copywriting, SEO and web optimization.
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for measuring data.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and collaborative with other departments.
