Carebot ABA is seeking dynamic professionals with a desire to invoke positive change in the lives of young children and their families through a rewarding position as an ABA therapist.
We offer flexible schedules and are hiring part-time and full-time behavior technicians and RBTs to work in the Carbot clinic located in Budd Lake, New Jersey.
Job Responsibilities:
Our Behavioral Technicians implement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 treatment. Responsibilities as follow:
● Use the basic principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
● Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.
● Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
● Create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual.
● Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress.
● Providing support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.
● Implement programs designed by BCBA.
Job Requirements:
● An associate or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (behavior analysis, education or psychology)
● ABA training is preferred but not required. Carebot will train once hired.
● Experience working with children, especially those with autism & using ABA methodologies is preferred.
● Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.
Uniform: Carebot will provide uniform requirements once hired.
Status: Part-time / Full-time
Pay Rate: $23.00 p/hour
