- Experience performing office duties like sorting mail and greeting visitors.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Answering the doorbell; monitoring and verifying all visitors when allowing access to the building.
- Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Starting wage of $17 - $20 per hour and regular OT available.
