Perform inspections using visual measuring systems (Keyence), comparators, calipers, micrometers, and pin gages to measure and verify parts. Conduct calibration of measuring instruments. Assist in ISO audits and ensure compliance with standards.


Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. Identify and report any non-conformities. Conduct calibration of caliper, micrometer and pin gages.

Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with visual measuring systems, specifically the Keyence brand, and comparators, calipers, micrometers, and pin gages .
  • Experience with calibration and ISO audits is required.
  • Experience with engineering drawing and to have knowledge about GD&T.
  • Must have proficient computer skills.
  • Preferred: Certification in quality control or relevant field. Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming.
