As an RPO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment processes on behalf of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, organizational culture, and job requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to each client's specific needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent. Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, including candidate screening, interviewing, and coordination of offer and negotiation processes.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to meet client expectations.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress, metrics, and key performance indicators. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with clients in various industries and sectors.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
