About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to source top talent across various verticals and industries, supporting clients in the United States and globally. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source top talent using social networking sites, networking strategies, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts, including identifying, qualifying, and presenting candidates to external clients.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake calls to offer extensions and negotiations.
  • Partner with clients to provide guidance on hiring best practices and execute effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in an agency recruiting role.
  • Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in recruiting software, job boards, resume databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
