Using data, advanced analytics, specialized software and pharmacy automation, Mosaic is transforming the pharmacy experience for medically complex seniors while also helping payers achieve their quality improvement and cost savings objectives.


Job Profile


The Operation Associate is responsible for conducting quality control reviews of all reports and deliverables produced by the Data Services team using RxAnte's analytic products. Strong attention to detail, desire to meet timelines, and sense of ownership are required. The Operations Associate will work closely with the development and production teams that created the deliverables to identify issues in processing.


Specific responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage processes to meet deliverable dates
  • Quality Control (QC) output of our production deliverables and help troubleshoot issues
  • Write documentation on client QC processing routines
  • Periodically review deliverables for consistency
  • Provide feedback on QC reports that are needed to support new and existing products
  • Other activities supporting the Data Services function as needed
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
  • 2+ years of relevant/related experience in similar role
  • SAS or SQL coding experience a plus
  • Experience working with administrative health care data (e.g., commercial medical, hospital, and pharmacy claims, and Medicare or Medicaid data), healthcare informatics, or health care claims processing is strongly preferred
