Position Overview

The Branch Supervisor is to actively service customers and personnel with transactions and inquiries. The Branch Supervisor must always demonstrate professionalism, the ability to be confidential, prompt, efficient and accurate with processing transactions. The Branch Supervisor must be able to identify customer needs by profiling and assisting with referrals to grow the bank and increase customer retention.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers questions regarding accounts, products, and services

• Demonstrate prompt, efficient, and accurate customer transactions.

• Issue Instant Issue debit cards to customers

• Always maintain an adequate cash drawer while working on the teller line, vault, and ATM.

• Assist customers with safe deposit box access, opening new accounts, IRA transactions, and consumer loans inquiries.

• Promote the banks products and services by cross selling products including but not limited to; online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, deposit accounts, consumer loans.

• Answer telephones promptly

• Assist CSAs/CSRs with any discrepancies with cash drawer.

• Coach CSAs/CSRs and complete performance evaluations for staff.

• Train new CSAs/CSRs on the teller line, and with new account openings, customer maintenance and all department policies and procedures.

• Always comply with all bank policies and procedures. Skills:
